The ABS light in the dash is intermittently coming on and even going off on its own. I have not read the codes yet, but, will have to see I suppose.

Anyone encounter this before? Thanks.

Quite common.  Happened to me about a year ago.  Required rebuilding the ABS module, about $6-700 by my mechanic back in NC.

You can probably ignore it awhile as your brakes will still work, only without ABS functionality.

My abs light comes on in the Lincoln occasionally, i think its just because it needs braks though because it only comes on if i have to slam on the brakes at about 80 and then the wheel shakes a lot, something is uneven so it needs replacing.

Adam, wanna help me do the brakes one of these days?
