I am trying to be healthier.
I have gained a ton of weight, first from college, then from sitting in a cube all day. I am slowly trying to lose it.
I go to the gym 3-4 times a week, and have started watching what I eat. I'd like to lose 50 lbs, and so far I've lost 10. I am in no hurry, so I am pleased. My biggest issue is still my diet. I am often in a hurry and unable to eat breakfast, or lunch. When I do get a chance to eat lunch, it is often not the greatest. I am trying to change that.
i know your working, but everyone has time in their day to pack lunch or think about lunch a day ahead. If you can just get everything ready, eating healthy is a breeze!
