Alrite I ordered my intake for my mkv Gti over 3 weeks ago and i keep bugging them about wher it is. Has anyone else had problems with them? Or have anyother idea how i can get them to move faster? They told me they have the MAF part stuck in customs or some bullshit i dont know if they are giving me a line or what i should be doing? Figured i would ask for advice!
Thanks guys

Hey Will,

I have dealt with RennArt for over 3 years with no problems, ever.
I would have to say that if there is some issue getting your parts, it is clearly out of there hands - I know from experience that if something can be done, they would have already done it.

Anyway, if you want, just call Tony and ask whats up - if he tells you that the parts should be there soon, then thats probably all he knows.

Again, I have been going there for a long time, and I seriously trust them with anything of mine.

Best of luck!

Stuff gets stuck at customs all the time.....I use to order stuff from Germany and the UK and about 50% of the time the product was stuck in customs for a few weeks until processed. It happens.

yea, i had no problems with them at all, sometimes if your part is late, it probably means that its on backorder for the manufacturer. dontknow

I'd buy it from somewhere else.
A company with bad customer service is one I wouldn't buy from.
I don't care what anyone else says about them.
In the end its how I get treated.

We ship and receive parts daily all over the world.  It very well could be hung up in customs.  If it was shipped to them the cheap way it could be stuck in customs for a couple of weeks.  If they shipped it the correct way it should clear customs in a day or two.  Ask them how it was shipped to them.  If they say USPS I suggest moving on to Neuspeed and forget waiting.
